Partial Planning
Five one-hour meetings between the client and the planner, Seven one-hour vendor meetings for the wedding planner to attend, set up reception decor not handled by a specific vendor, rehearsal coordination, timeline, tracking RSVP's, and much more!
Full Planning
Unlimited meetings between the client and planner, assistance with concept development, collect and coordinate payments for vendors, manage the flow of the wedding planning process, deliver welcome baskets/gifts for wedding party and family, budget management, and much more!!
Smaller Planning Packages
Micro Wedding
2 client/planner meetings, unlimited email contact, monthly check-ins, production of wedding itinerary and timeline, and more! Perfect for couples who only want a ceremony. (2 hours of coordination on the wedding day)
Mini Wedding
5 client/planner meetings, distribute bouquets and pin flowers on wedding party and family, coordinate rehearsal, manage the flow of the entire wedding day, communicate with vendors on behalf of the wedding party. Perfect for couples who want a ceremony and a mini reception.
